Stacy is an innovative Human Resources executive with an extensive background in managing human capital for a trillion-dollar global financial services industry giant. With over 18 years of experience, she has developed expertise that encompasses all functions of project management and program improvement.
Most recently, Stacy served as COO for HR Operations. She was responsible for planning and organizing the implementation of a Global HR People Transformation Program (PTP) for nearly 50,000 employees in North America. She has a proven track record of applying broad-based HR operations, Six Sigma process reengineering and specialized systems knowledge to produce critical results.
Furthermore, Stacy demonstrates the ability to provide strategic operational planning with a continuous focus on driving profitability, productivity and business performance, while engaging all levels of a corporation.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix and is a certified Black Belt in Six Sigma
